Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Clientful collects when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it plain and honest, the same way we run everything else.

Who we are

Clientful ("we", "us") is operated by Chris Vandy. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected]. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: your name, email address and, if you book a call, your phone number.
  • What you tell us in the short brief and booking questions: your niche, offer, website or social links, and other answers you provide so we can build your resource and prepare for a call.
  • Usage and device data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and interactions, including through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To deliver what you asked for (build and send your free resource, run your call). Lawful basis: performance of a request / legitimate interests.
  • To send you marketing emails and, where you've given a number for a booking, service and reminder messages. Lawful basis: consent, and legitimate interests for service messages relating to a call you booked.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and website using analytics and the Meta Pixel. Lawful basis: consent for non-essential cookies, legitimate interests for basic analytics.

Marketing, and how to stop it

If you opt in, we'll email you useful things and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, at any time. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out. We'll action either straight away.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how our ads and pages perform and to show relevant ads. This may involve sharing limited event data with Meta. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your ad preferences on the platforms you use.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, under contract and only as needed, including our CRM and page host (HighLevel), email and SMS delivery providers, and advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta). Some may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you're engaged with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless we're legally required to keep some of it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within the timeframes the law requires.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to tie. The "last updated" date above always shows the current version.
